Think the days of starting up a company in the garage are dead? Think again.

Andrew Higgins and Jeff Jensen were sitting around having a couple of beers, talking about swimming pools. As often happens over beers, they came up with a great idea. From this talk, Keto AI was born. Setting up a workshop in Andrew’s garage, they developed a pool monitoring technology that tracks chemical and water levels, as well as other conditions that plague pool owners.

Ratcliff Creative helped build their brand and give them a bigger presence at the year’s largest industry trade show for swimming pools. As a result, they were a huge success at the Pool, Patio and Spa Expo in New Orleans.

Collaborating with Jeff and Andrew, they developed an integrated approach consisting of print collateral, environmental graphics, packaging and a social media campaign to drive traffic to the booth. The campaign, targeted at the B2B crowd in attendance, was based on the concept of “The More You Know.”

The messaging resonated on many levels and could be easily translated to a consumer message post-show. This approach garnered them many new fans and led to higher than anticipated sales.
